Alaric believes that there are better ways of leading and organising businesses and has 35 years of helping large well-known organisations change direction, respond, and move faster, and achieve new goals. The result is more productive leadership teams, better businesses, contributing more to the world, and being more ready for the way ahead.
Alaric is one of Europe’s most experienced change specialists and co-founded Stonecourt in 2007. Before starting Stonecourt, he held senior consulting and client leadership roles at Oliver Wyman, PwC, Young & Rubicam, the BBC, and Wolff Olins.
He has helped businesses through recessions, changing markets, regulatory pressure, M&A, and new ways of operating, often in the goldfish bowl of public scrutiny. He has worked with organisations across Europe, US, and Middle East.
Alaric has had client-side roles, which made him a much better consultant – especially around what it takes to actually get changes to happen. He was the first Head of Change Communication at the BBC and also managed the BBC strategy process to redefine and articulate its public service broadcast purpose.
Alaric has a BSc (Economics) from University College, London, and an MSc (Economics) from the London School of Economics. He is a qualified coach, and certified to use personality assessments such as the Hogan suite.
